Service Description
Do you ever feel like you have specific areas which you would like to work on with regards to your yoga practice, habits, or lifestyle at large? I not only teach yoga but I practice the entire lifestyle. Sober for 4 years, plant based for 9 and a daily yoga practitioner. Through 1 to 1 coaching I will guide you through areas of your life you would like to improve, imbuing you with my enthusiasm for self improvement and stress relief. Some of the ways I have been able to help others through coaching: Discovered daily habits my clients desired and shown them how to implement these habits, setting goals and reinforcing these habits by holding them accountable. Discussed specific injuries and designed a mindful yoga practice to relieve pain and strengthen the specific muscle groups to help with their individual needs. Resolving insomnia and stress related issues, discussing and practicing techniques to combat stress. What you'll receive: After booking the coaching I will be in touch to discuss what it is you would like to focus on. By the time we have the call I will have a plan ready for you. This could be a specific yoga flow to help a past injury, a few daily or weekly habits that would help you to reach your goals. I will continue contact with you to see how effective the techniques we have discussed have been and also offer further reading.
