Hey there, lovely souls!

 

I'm Jacks, your Scottish American-friendly guide on this amazing journey toward health, habits, and happiness. As a Certified 500hr Yoga Teacher,  Health & Wellness Coach, Yoga Nidra + Meditation Practitioner, and Retreat Facilitator, I'm thrilled to share the transformative power of yoga and holistic living with you.

Let me take you back to 2019 when I nervously attended my first "official" yoga class. I thought yoga was just a workout, and I had no clue how to do the ujjayi breath or align my body in down dog. But that day, everything changed for me. Yoga became an integral part of my journey toward self-acceptance and peace. It's all about discovering who you truly are, one pose at a time.

In my classes, I blend creative sequencing with a focus on safe, sound alignment, meditation, pranayama, and yoga philosophy. My goal is to create a practice that goes beyond the mat, helping you find something new within yourself—whether it's aligning your spine in a new way or letting go of stress you no longer need. I love seeing students empower themselves in ways they never imagined, both on and off the mat.

I'm also passionate about coaching for mindset and motivation. I lead 21-day challenges designed to help you form healthy habits and build a life that aligns with your goals and values. Whether you’re looking to boost your mental clarity, cultivate positive habits, or find deeper spiritual growth, I’ve got you covered. These challenges are all about transforming your mindset and keeping you motivated to live your best life.
