  • Digital Products: We offer partial refunds on digital products (e.g., e-books, online courses) within 24 hours of the purchase date if you have not accessed or downloaded the product. Once you have accessed or downloaded the digital product, refunds will not be provided.

  • Services: Refunds for services (e.g., workshops, coaching sessions) are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to Section 3 for more details on service refunds.

3. Service Refunds

  • Workshops and Classes: If you are unable to attend a paid workshop or class, we offer a full refund if you cancel at least 31 days prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within 30 of the workshop or class may not be eligible for a refund but could be considered for rescheduling or a credit toward future events.

  • Coaching Services: Coaching services are typically provided over a defined period. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or an adjustment to the coaching arrangement.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • For digital products, contact our customer support team at with your order details and reason for the refund request.

  • For service refunds or concerns, contact your assigned coach or our customer support team at

  • Digital Products: Refunds for digital products will be processed within 7 days of approval and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Physical Products: Refunds or replacements for damaged or defective physical products will be processed within 7 days of receiving your request and verifying the issue.

  • Service Refunds: Refunds for services will be processed based on the terms discussed during the resolution of the refund request. Typically, refunds will be issued within 7 days of approval.
