Your day will look roughly like this
1:00 PM: Welcome and Introduction
1:15 PM: Optional Cold Water Therapy on our roof garden - Introduction to cold water immersion techniques and how to breathe through the uncomfortable, followed by your own guided cold plunge experience.
2:00 PM: Yoga Session (75 minutes) -Double team with Nola & Jacks-focusing on mindful movements, breathwork and relaxation techniques, suitable for all levels
3:15 PM: Nourishing Vegan Dinner and raw treats – Nutritious, healthy and delicious whole food.
3:45 PM: How to boost your happiness hormones Workshop- interactive session on the science of Happiness: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serration, and Dopamine led by Jacks.
4:00 PM: Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra-Gentle and restorative yoga session focusing on deep stretching and relaxation.Guided meditation and deep relaxation practice promoting stress relief and inner calm.
