During this 4 week series, you’ll get clear on your habits and learn how easy it can be taking steps toward what you care about most, even in the face of adversity and change.

Week 1: Reframe your identity and discover your new habit 

Week 2: Fine tune your habit with the 4 step frame work to apply right away 

Week 3: Identify internal and external obstacles to change

Week 4: Design your environment for continued success 

What happens each week

  • Each session will start with an hour of Yin Yoga to get you into a deep, meditative state. 
  • After each Yoga Session, we will break out into our group coaching section. You will learn each week the proven Stress to Zen Habit Building Method so that habit building becomes effortless. 
  • We will end each session with breathwork to ground you and inspire you to take on your desires. 
  • You'll walk away from each session feeling grounded, inspired, and confident in your own abilities. 
  • Each sessino will be recorded and sent out if you can not make it.
