Cooking instructions
Put a cup of water into the kettle and let that bad boy heat up.
Next, get out a bowl and pour a cup of oats into it along with a scoop of your favorite protein powder, cinnamon, and peanut butter.
After the water gets warm, pour a little into the bowl and start stirring. The trick is to not add too much water: slowly pour and stir until you've got the right amount.
After that, top with goodies: flax seeds, hemp hearts, crunchy cereal, bananas, and maple syrup.
