What you will be getting
This retreat will be centered around the 5 Pillars of Wellness. The Wellness Wheel can help you increase your self-awareness in areas related to your health and wellness. Sometimes we think of health and wellness just in terms of fitness and nutrition when — really — there are many more areas! During this retreat, you will assess all aspects of your wellness to discover something new about yourself.
Where you will be staying
Immerse yourself in three acres of beautifully planted mature gardens, rich with rhododendrons and azaleas. There is a large well maintained lawn perfect for a game of cricket or croquet, a Japanese inspired pond and a separate walled garden. The extensive gardens are provided with total privacy by the surrounding forest. The house is comfortably furnished and has a cosy lounge with a wood burning stove. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and there is a large conservatory with perfect, uninterrupted views down the valley towards Stirling.
