Upon purchase, you will be enrolled into the 4 week course. After the 4 weeks, you have the opportunity to have continued support. You have an option to keep staying on the coaching calls once your weeks are over. 

Not only will you get to connect with everyone on the coaching calls, we have a private group here on StresstoZen for this community to foster relationships & support.

12 hours spent on learning content

8 hours spent on coaching calls 

Each week you will have 1.5 hours of videos to watch. There will be 60 minutes worth of yoga (sometimes a 60 minute class, sometimes 2 30 minute classes, sometimes 1 20 minute class and 1 40 minute class.) You will also have a 30 minute coaching learning lesson to watch each week.

What happens during the live coaching calls? ​

In these live group sessions we interact about topics related to the training material and where you will get any of your questions answered. With a group size of maximum 15 participants, the calls are intimate and friendly. In each session a new theme is presented, which leads into discussion and Q&A.​
