Workshops-Our workshops have been specifically desigend to help you live a more stress free life and carry on these practices once you leave the retreat. Thai massage will help you cultivate self love, breathwork will show you how to create instant relaxation, as well as our workshops on YogaNidra and Automatic Negative Thoughts.

Traditional Meditation and Yoga Classes- Each morning we will start with a meditation followed by a specific yoga class (hatha, restorative, yin), this is the perfect way to help you feel your best and be ready for the day ahead.

Yummy Plant Based Meals- Experience a menu that's been exclusively created for you using local, fresh plant based foods from a local Flordia chef.

Jax’s has a beautiful tone of voice; she is deep, perfect speed, smooth and very clear with her words. She articulates better than many other teachers I have had in my 18 years of yoga practice. Please consider than English in my 2nd language, so her way to talk during practice means everything in my practice. Not distraction to try to understand and translate. It was a clear guidance that helps me focus in the practice it self. I appreciated very much the time spent during the pranayama portion of practice. And Lastly, I absolutely loved the essential oil fragrancy coming from her hands while she placed the pillows over our eyes during Savasana.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Jacks Keith is a Health & Wellness Coach as well as a 500HR Yoga Teacher who specializes in Yoga Nidra, Restorative, and Hatha Yoga. Jacks values each and every person who joins her classes, retreats, and workshops. In her classes, she combines creative sequencing with a focus on safe, sound alignment as well as meditation, pranayama, and yoga philosophy for a practice that you can live both on and off the mat.
During your time together, you’re going to have some fun while also giving yourself some much-needed time and attention. Jacks finds immense joy, satisfaction, and inspiration in seeing her students discover their own personal yoga journey while she guides and encourages them along the way.
