This day retreat is the perfect way to recenter your body, mind, and heart. A sense of well-being influences our health and resilience, and broadens how we think, feel, act, and connect. When you leave this retreat, you'll leave with your cup filled and over flowing. 

Agenda

10-10:30AM Opening circle & intention setting meditation 

10:30-12:00PM  Hatha/Yin fushion Yoga with gentle breathwork

12:00-1:15PM Lunch & tea break 

1:15-2:30PM Own your happiness workshop including art therapy and self massage. (Did you know science shows that happiness is a skill you can learn! Discover research-based tools and techniques to ease stress, find peace, and unlock your happiness potential.)

2:15-2:30PM Break 

2:45-4:00PM Closing circle and Yin Yoga with Yoda nidra
