Happiness is more than just feeling good. When we flourish we’re engaged with ourselves, our work, the world, and others. A sense of well-being influences our health and resilience, and broadens how we think, feel, act, and connect. Right now, our need for sustainable happiness has never been greater. The best part? There is a science to making your happiness sustainable.

What happens each week

  • Each session will start with an hour of Yin Yoga to get you into a deep, meditative state. 
  • After each Yoga Session, we will break out into our group coaching section. 
  • Learn practical tools and techniques to live a happier, more fulfilling life.
  • Enjoy having a supportive community around you through the ups and downs.
  • Co-create a happier, kinder and more peaceful world - together!
  • We will end each session with breathwork to ground you and inspire you to take on your desires. 
  • You'll walk away from each session feeling grounded, inspired, and confident in your own abilities. 
  • Each sessino will be recorded and sent out if you can not make it.
