My goal is to teach you the practices I used to overcome my anxiety attacks, loose 100 pounds, start my own business, move to a new country, stop self limiting beliefs, and end my aversion towards growth. I'm here to support you in building sustainable habits, manage  your stress, and overcome obstacles through accountability. With coaching, yoga classes, breathing techniques, meditation, yoga nidras, journaling, and the habits I use everyday... I’ll help you maintain a sustainable lifestyle to help you take action on your desires. And the best part? We get to do it, together. Together, we go so far.
